On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 39 of the Public Lands Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.43, approval is hereby given to Tyler James Forbes, a Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry employee, to acquire the public lands described in Schedule A.
