Order in Council 1770/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portion of highway in the Township of Chatsworth, County of Grey, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-1969-61, filed with the Record Services Unit, West Region of the Ministry of Transportation at London, Ontario, on May 9, 2023, be designated as controlled-access highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
