Order in Council 1772/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. The portions of highway in the Town of Tecumseh, County of Essex, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation being:
   part of North ½ of Lot 305, Concession South of Talbot Road, shown as Part 1 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Essex as Plan 12R-29091 (MTO Plan P-3101-330); and
   part of Lot 305, Concession South of Talbot Road, shown as Part 2 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Essex as Plan 12R-29226 (MTO Plan P-2959-145),
   be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended; and
2. The designation as controlled-access highway by Order in Council O.C. 447/2010 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Essex on June 15, 2010 as Instrument CE428072, be amended so as to cease to apply to the portions of highway closed as described in section 1 above.
