Order in Council 1775/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Shannon Braun of Mount Brydges be reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective January 1, 2020 and ending March 27, 2021.
