Order in Council 1805/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Temagami Forest Management Corporation (TFMC) was established by Regulation O. Reg. 111/12, section 2;

Therefore, pursuant to section 6(3) of the Ontario Forest Tenure Modernization Act, 2011, S.O. 2011, c.10;

Remuneration shall be paid to each member of the board of directors of TFMC in accordance with the Directives and Guidelines of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet, subject to the following:

1. 1. The Chair of the board of TFMC shall be compensated at the rate of $300 per diem;
   2. The Vice-Chair of the board of TFMC shall be compensated at the rate of $200 per diem; and
   3. The other members of the board of TFMC shall be compensated at the rate of $175 per diem.
2. Appointees shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the TFMC in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
