Order in Council 1816/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 8(2) of the Coroners Act, as amended,

Barbara Collins

of Gormley is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years effective from the later of January 31, 2023, or the date this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to subsection 8 (3) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Barbara Collins is hereby redesignated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, effective from the later of January 31, 2023, or the date this Order in Council is made.

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 770/2021 made June 10, 2021, is hereby revoked effective from the later of January 31, 2023, or the date this Order in Council is made
