Order in Council 1817/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1422/2020, dated October 22, 2020,
Michael Recht of Thornhill was appointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council (the “Council”);

And whereas Michael Recht has, in writing, effective November 20, 2022, resigned his appointment as a part-time member of the Council;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1422/2020, dated October 22, 2020, appointing Michael Recht as a part-time member of the Council, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
