Order in Council 1822/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Dr. Harry Mikael Voogjarv, a legally qualified medical practitioner, be appointed, effective January 4, 2022, as Regional Coroner for that part of the North Region of Ontario comprised of the following geographical areas prescribed under the Territorial Division Act, 2002: Nipissing, Parry Sound, Algoma, Manitoulin, Sudbury, Timiskaming and Cochrane, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
