Order in Council 1845/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017, Scott Tousaw of Stratford be reappointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective January 1, 2020 and ending May 30, 2021.
