Order in Council 1883/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, Nicholas Robinson of Toronto be appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Nicholas Robinson was reappointed as full-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective October 29, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1317/2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1317/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
