Order in Council 1895/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas the Government of Ontario appointed Samuel Delbert Clark as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation pursuant to Order in Council 486/2015 dated April 22, 2015 and Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation pursuant to Order in Council 485/2015 dated April 22, 2015;

and whereas Samuel Delbert Clark resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation and Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation effective October 14, 2016;

and whereas it is necessary that his appointments as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation and as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation be revoked;

now therefore Orders in Council 485/2015 and 486/2015 are hereby revoked effective October 14, 2016.
