Order in Council 1904/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 2517/98, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Niagara North (30) as Instrument Number RO0749145 and in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Niagara North (30) as Instrument Number LT0168731, a portion of the King’s Highway Queen Elizabeth Way in the Town of Grimsby as shown on Schedule ‘A’ attached to Order-in-Council O.C.2517/98 was transferred to the Regional Municipality of Niagara pursuant to subsection 29 (4) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990 P.50, as amended,

And Whereas the above mentioned Schedule ‘A’ did not describe, in detail, the limits of the lands thus transferred;

Now Therefore, pursuant to section 49 and subsection 54(1) of the Legislation Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, c.21, Schedule F, Order in Council O.C. 2517/98 is hereby amended by revoking and replacing Schedule “A” the above mentioned Schedule “A” with Schedule “A” attached.
