Order in Council 192/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Douglas Ellis of Courtice, who was appointed by O.C. 1411/2020 as a member of the board of governors of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, has resigned his position;

Now therefore, pursuant to paragraph 8(1)(3) of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology Act, 2002, Order in Council 1411/2020 be revoked.
