Order in Council 1948/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas pursuant to Order in Council 169/2016, James Clark is currently serving as a part time member and Vice-Chair of the Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission;

pursuant to section 12 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act, as amended,

Mr. James Clark of Glencoe

be appointed as Chair of the Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission, on an interim basis, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective January 1, 2017 and ending on the earlier of December 31, 2017 and the date that a new Chair is appointed by Order in Council, at which time he shall resume his appointment as Vice-Chair of the Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission for the remainder of his appointment as a member pursuant to Order in Council 169/2016.
