Order in Council 1950/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Marcelle Bourassa was appointed a full-time member of the Assessment Review Board by Order in Council 1947/2016 dated December 14, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 76(2) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act,

Marcelle Bourassa be paid an annual remuneration of $93,050.

Further, Marcelle Bourassa shall be eligible for benefits, excluding pension, in accordance with the benefit entitlements of the Senior Management Group of the Ontario Public Service;

Further, Marcelle Bourassa may elect to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Plan. If she declines to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan, she shall not be entitled to compensation in lieu of participation in the Plan;

And further, Marcelle Bourassa shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Assessment Review Board in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
