Order in Council 1951/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council O.C. 1499/2016, dated October 19, 2016, be amended by:

Replacing “And whereas Ena Chadha tendered her resignation effective September 11, 2016;” with “And whereas Ena Chadha tendered her resignation effective September 11, 2015;”

Replacing “Order in Council O.C. 1219/2012 be revoked effective September 11, 2016.” with “Order in Council O.C. 1219/2012 be revoked effective September 11, 2015.”
