Order in Council 1995/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Nathan Ferguson of London be appointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of two years, effective the later of December 13, 2016, or the date of this Order in Council.

Further, whereas Nathan Ferguson was reappointed a full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a term of three years, effective June 30, 2014, by Order in Council O.C. 866/2014;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 866/2014 be revoked effective the later of December 13, 2016, or the date of this Order in Council.
