Order in Council 202/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1545/2016, dated October 19, 2016,

Dr. Tristan Gregory Edward Snider was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario, subject to the condition that he remain ordinarily resident in Area Number 17;

And Whereas Dr. Tristan Gregory Edward Snider currently ordinarily resides in Area Number 9, nullifying his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas it is desirable that Dr. Tristan Gregory Edward Snider continue to act as a Coroner for Ontario;

Therefore pursuant to section 3 of the Coroners Act, as amended, Dr. Tristan Gregory Edward Snider be appointed as a Coroner for Ontario effective from the date of this Order in Council, subject to the condition that he remain ordinarily resident in Area Number 9, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 1545/2016, dated October 19, 2016 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
