Order in Council 2309/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Automobile Insurance Reform Advisory Panel (the “Panel”) was established pursuant to Order in Council O.C. # 2308/2017

Each member of the Panel shall be paid remuneration at the rate of $627 per diem up to a maximum of one hundred days and a total amount of $62,700;

1. Members of the Panel shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Panel and in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
