Order in Council 2373/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 183/75, dated the 22^nd day of January 1975 Dr. W.F. Bates of Belleville was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

and whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2008/86, dated July 17, 1986, Dr. William F. Bates, of Belleville, a coroner for Ontario, was appointed as a Local Inspector of Anatomy;

and whereas Dr. Bates has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective August 18, 2017;

therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 183/75 dated the 22nd day of January, 1975, be amended by deleting Dr. W.F. Bates name, address and area number from the Schedule to said Order in Council.

and therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Anatomy Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2008/86, dated July 17, 1986, appointing Dr. William F. Bates, as a Local Inspector of Anatomy, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
