Order in Council 250/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Anthony LaRegina was appointed a full-time member of the Assessment Review Board by Order in Council 249/2017 dated February 2, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 76(2) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act,

Anthony LaRegina be paid an annual remuneration of $93,050.

Further, Anthony LaRegina shall be eligible for benefits, excluding pension, in accordance with the benefit entitlements of the Senior Management Group of the Ontario Public Service;

Further, Anthony LaRegina may elect to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Plan. If he declines to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan, he shall not be entitled to compensation in lieu of participation in the Plan;

And further, Anthony LaRegina shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Assessment Review Board in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
