Order in Council 253/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, D. Stephen Jovanovic of Windsor be appointed as part-time member and Associate Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending January 10, 2022.

Further, whereas D. Stephen Jovanovic was appointed as full-time member and Associate Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective November 23, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1690/2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 1690/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
