Order in Council 264/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Plamondon was appointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Internal Audit Committee (OIAC) to serve as Chair of the Community Services Sector Audit Committee subcommittee at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, pursuant to Order in Council 537/2020 effective March 25, 2020;

And whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council wishes to re-appoint Robert Plamondon to serve as a general member of the OIAC at pleasure for a period of up to three years from the date of this Order;

Now therefore pursuant to subsection 6.1(1) of the Ministry of Government Services Act;

1. Order in Council 537/2020 is hereby revoked;
2. Robert Plamondon of Ottawa be appointed as part-time member of the OIAC to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the date this Order in Council is made;
