Order in Council 289/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, O.C. 31/2023 dated January 19, 2023 revoked O.C. 751/2021 reappointing James Lundrigan as a trustee of the board of trustees of Science North and also reappointed him as a trustee and designated as chair of the board of trustees of Science North for a fixed term of 3 years, effective the date the Order in Council was made;

Now therefore, O.C. 31/2023 is amended to,

1. Substitute reference to O.C. 39751/2021 in the first paragraph of the French text with O.C. 751/2021, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
2. Substitute references to Hilton Beach in the last paragraphs of the English and French text with Chelmsford, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
