Order in Council 302/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Lloyd (J.R.) Richards was appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective January 15, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 29/2016;

And whereas Lloyd (J.R.) Richards tendered his resignation effective January 19, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Order in Council O.C. 29/2016 be revoked effective January 19, 2017.
