Order in Council 302/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sonia Ouellet was appointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective April 29, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 538/2021;

And whereas Sonia Ouellet was appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Special Education Tribunal (French) for a fixed term ending April 28, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 720/2021;

And whereas Sonia Ouellet tendered her resignation effective December 22, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act, Orders in Council O.C. 538/2021 and 720/2021 be revoked effective December 22, 2022.
