On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 10(2) of the Excellent Care for All Act, 2010, and subsections 3(3) and 3(6) of Ontario Regulation 445/10 thereunder, the persons specified in Column A of Schedule 1 to this Order, be appointed on a part-time basis to the positions as specified in Column B of Schedule 1 to the board of directors of the Ontario Health Quality Council to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
