Order in Council 333/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas data standards were established and approved under subsection 6(1) of the Anti-Racism Act, 2017 by Order in Council O.C. 897/2018 dated the 18th of April, 2018 (“the anti-racism data standards”);

And whereas, pursuant to subsection 6(3) of the Anti-Racism Act, 2017, the member of the Executive Council assigned to administer that Act may amend the anti-racism data standards with the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

And whereas the Solicitor General has been assigned to administer the Anti-Racism Act, 2017 pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 635/2019 dated the 18th of April, 2019;

Therefore, the amendments to the anti-racism data standards, set out in the Appendix to this Order in Council, are approved.
