Order in Council 334/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Gemma Harmison was appointed a full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal by Order in Council 333/2017 dated February 6, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 76(2) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999,

Gemma Harmison be paid an annual remuneration of $93,050.

Further, Gemma Harmison shall be eligible for benefits, excluding pension, in accordance with the benefit entitlements of the Senior Management Group of the Ontario Public Service;

Further, Gemma Harmison may elect to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Plan. If she declines to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan, she shall not be entitled to compensation in lieu of participation in the Plan;

And further, Gemma Harmison shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Licence Appeal Tribunal in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
