Order in Council 334/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered 1599/2021, made effective January 1, 2022, Peter Dinsdale was appointed as a member of the Council of the Ontario College of Teachers;

And whereas Peter Dinsdale has submitted a notice of resignation from such position effective April 27, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 4(2)(b) and clause 66(5)(b) of the Ontario College of Teachers Act, 1996 and Ontario Regulation 345/96 made under that Act, Order in Council 1599/2021 is revoked effective the date this order in council is made.
