Order in Council 338/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, David Lanthier of Kingston be appointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas David Lanthier was reappointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term ending May 3, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1843/2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 1843/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
