Order in Council 346/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Bruce Krushelnicki was appointed full-time Executive Chair of Environment and Land Tribunals Ontario and a full-time member of the Assessment Review Board, the Board of Negotiation, the Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal and the Ontario Municipal Board for a term of three years, effective November 25, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 1643/2015;

And whereas Bruce Krushelnicki tendered his resignation effective April 3, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, subsection 16(1) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act, subsection 24(1) of the Ontario Heritage Act, subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 and subsection 5(2) of the Ontario Municipal Board Act, Order in Council O.C. 1643/2015 be revoked effective April 3, 2018.
