Order in Council 350/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 350/2017 dated the 15th day of February, 2017, Gregory Smith Horvath was appointed as a member of the Town of Tillsonburg Police Services Board;

and whereas his name should have appeared as Gregory Stephen Horvath;

and whereas Mr. Horvath has agreed to continue as a member of the Town of Tillsonburg Police Services Board;

therefore pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Gregory Stephen Horvath is reappointed as a member of the Town of Tillsonburg Police Services Board for a further period of three years, effective the date of this Order in Council is made.
