On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Dryden Fibre Canada ULC, a corporation existing under the laws of British Columbia (the “Company”), desires to continue to operate a forest resource processing facility in Dryden, Ontario (the “Facility”);

And whereas the Company was assigned a supply agreement numbered 536276 for the supply of Crown forest resources for the Facility, which supply agreement was originally approved by Order in Council 1029/2017, dated May 18, 2017;

And whereas the supply agreement numbered 536276 will expire on March 31, 2024;

And whereas His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry proposes to enter into an agreement with the Company for a supply of Crown forest resources to be made available for the Facility in accordance with sections 24 and 25 of the Crown Forest Sustainability Act, 1994, S.O. 1994, c. 25 and in accordance with Order in Council 993/95;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 25(1) of the Crown Forest Sustainability Act, 1994, S.O. 1994, c. 25, the Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry is hereby given approval to enter into the supply agreement numbered 536282 with the Company for a term of twenty years for a supply of Crown forest resources, being an annual target volume of 698,585 cubic metres, to be made available to the Company for use at the Facility.
