Order in Council 35/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Government of Ontario reappointed Patrick Dillon as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation pursuant to Order in Council 2216/2017 dated November 15, 2017;

And whereas it is necessary that his appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation be revoked;

Now therefore pursuant to subsection 9(1) and 9(2) of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011 Order in Council 2216/2017 is hereby revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered.
