Order in Council 360/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 28(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c.23, Leo Grellette of Severn, Ontario who was appointed as a member of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission by Order in Council numbered O.C. 711/2014 dated the 16th day of April 2014 for a term commencing on the date of the Order In Council and ending on the date three years after the date of execution of the Order in Council, is hereby reappointed as a member of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a term commencing on the date of execution of this Order In Council and ending on the date two years after the date of execution of this Order In Council.

And pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c.23, Leo Grellette of Severn, Ontario is hereby designated as Chair of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a term commencing on the date of the execution of this Order in Council and ending on the date two years after the date of the execution of this Order in Council.

Therefore, Order in Council numbered O.C. 711/2014 is hereby revoked.
