Order in Council 361/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sarah Jacobs was appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective December 3, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1608/2020;

And whereas Sarah Jacobs was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term of two years, effective December 3, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1609/2020;

And whereas Sarah Jacobs was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Conservation Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective December 3, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1610/2020;

And whereas Sarah Jacobs was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective December 3, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1611/2020;

And whereas Sarah Jacobs was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Mining and Lands Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective December 3, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1612/2020;

And whereas the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal, the Board of Negotiation, the Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal were continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal on June 1, 2021;

And whereas Sarah Jacobs tendered her resignation effective January 4, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, Orders in Council O.C. 1608/2020, 1609/2020, 1610/2020, 1611/2020 and 1612/2020 be revoked effective January 4, 2022.
