Order in Council 36/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered 730/2020, effective May 7, 2020, Garry Bates of Dryden was appointed as a member of the Council of the College of Early Childhood Educators;

And whereas, by Order in Council numbered 797/2022, effective May 7, 2022, Garry Bates was reappointed as a member of the Council of the College of Early Childhood Educators;

And whereas, Garry Bates has submitted a notice of resignation from such position;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 8(2)(b) of the Early Childhood Educators Act, 2007, Order in Council 797/2022 is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
