Order in Council 374/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario the Lieutenant Governor in Council may make public appointments;

Whereas Nicolas Rouleau of Toronto was appointed as a part-time member of the Provincial Advisory Committee on Francophone Affairs (the “Committee”) by Order in Council O.C. 457/2017 dated March 1, 2017;

Whereas the appointment of Nicolas Rouleau to the Committee would expire on February 29, 2020;

Now therefore Nicolas Rouleau is reappointed at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a part time member of the Committee.

And further that such reappointment is for a term not exceeding one year and is effective from the date of this Order in Council.

And further that Nicolas Rouleau will be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses, including costs incurred for travel, meals and accommodation, in accordance with the Management Board of Cabinet Directives and the rate established thereunder.

And further that Nicolas Rouleau will receive no remuneration for his services on behalf of the Committee.
