On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to paragraph 4 of subsection 5(1) of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Act, 2002, the Lieutenant Governor in Council, the federal government and Toronto city council may jointly appoint one member to the board of directors of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation;

Whereas the provincial and federal governments and the City of Toronto have agreed upon an individual to be recommended for appointment pursuant to paragraph 4 of subsection 5(1) of the Act;

Whereas pursuant to paragraph 5 of subsection 5(1) of the Act, the board member appointed jointly by the Lieutenant Governor in Council, the federal government and city council is chair of the board;

Now therefore, pursuant to paragraph 4 of subsection 5(1) of the Act,

Stephen Diamond, of Toronto, Ontario

is appointed as a member of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Board of Directors, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, from the effective date of this Order in Council.
