Order in Council 392/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to subsection 62(1) of the Building Transit Faster Act, 2020, land may be designated as transit corridor land if the Lieutenant Governor in Council is of the opinion that the designation is or may be required for a priority transit project, as defined in section 2 of the Act;

And whereas the properties listed in the document titled “ECWE Designation Plan TCL PIN Table” attached hereto are or may be required as transit corridor land for the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension, which is a priority transit project;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 62(1) of the Building Transit Faster Act, 2020, the properties listed in the above-mentioned document are designated as transit corridor land for all purposes in respect of the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension, effective the date of this Order.
