On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Weyerhaeuser Company Limited / Compagnie Weyerhaeuser Limitee, a corporation existing under the laws of Canada (the “Company”), desires to continue to operate a forest resource processing facility in Kenora, Ontario (the “Facility”);

And whereas the Company was a successful proponent in Stage II of the Province of Ontario’s Wood Supply Competitive Process and as a result Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry entered into the supply agreement numbered 536277 with the Company, as approved by Order in Council 2253/2017;

And whereas the supply agreement numbered 536277 will expire on March 31, 2023;

And whereas His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry proposes to enter into an agreement with the Company for a supply of Crown forest resources to be made available for the Facility in accordance with sections 24 and 25 of the Crown Forest Sustainability Act, 1994, S.O. 1994, c. 25 and in accordance with Order in Council 993/95;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 25(1) of the Crown Forest Sustainability Act, 1994, S.O. 1994, c. 25, the Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry is hereby given approval to enter into the supply agreement numbered 536281 with the Company for a supply of Crown forest resources, being an annual target volume of 69,250 cubic metres, to be made available to the Company for use at the Facility.
