Order in Council 398/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 16(1) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Marie Hubbard of Newcastle be reappointed as full-time executive chair of Ontario Land Tribunals for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending December 31, 2021.

Further, pursuant to subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act, subsection 24(1) of the Ontario Heritage Act, subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000, subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 6(2) of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act, Marie Hubbard of Newcastle be further reappointed as a member of the Board of Negotiation, the Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal, respectively, for concurrent fixed terms effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending December 31, 2021.

And further, whereas Marie Hubbard was appointed as full-time executive chair of Ontario Land Tribunals and as a member of the Board of Negotiation, the Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal, for concurrent fixed terms of one year, effective July 1, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 932/2020;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 932/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
