Order in Council 405/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jennifer Griffith was reappointed a part-time adjudicator pursuant to subsection 4(1) of Ontario Regulation 498/06 made under the Civil Remedies Act, 2001, and subsection 3(1) of Ontario Regulation 236/03 made under the Prohibiting Profiting from Recounting Crimes Act, 2002, for a term of three years, effective March 29, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 342/2016;

And whereas Jennifer Griffith tendered her resignation, effective February 8, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 342/2016 be revoked effective February 8, 2018.
