Order in Council 409/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the St. Lawrence Parks Commission or a legal predecessor thereof is the registered owner of certain lands in the Township of Front of Yonge, County of Leeds comprised of two parcels as described in Schedule “A” attached hereto (respectively the “First Parcel” and the “Second Parcel”);

Whereas pursuant to subsection 6(a) of the St. Lawrence Parks Commission Act, R.S.O. 1990 c.S.24, as amended, the St. Lawrence Parks Commission requires the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council to dispose of land;

Whereas the St. Lawrence Parks Commission has proposed to sell the First Parcel to Paul Joseph Fournier and Audrey Grace Fournier and the Second Parcel to Elaine Helen Dunham;

Now therefore pursuant to subsection 6(a) of the St. Lawrence Parks Commission Act, R.S.O. 1990 c.S.24, as amended, approval is hereby given to the St. Lawrence Parks Commission to:

1. sell the First Parcel to Paul Joseph Fournier and Audrey Grace Fournier and the Second Parcel to Elaine Helen Dunham; and
2. execute such documents as may be necessary for that purpose.
