Order in Council 410/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 2 (2), 5 (1) and 8 (1) of the Executive Council Act, and despite any provision of a statute or Order in Council, the responsibility for the administration of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006, in respect of sections 21 to 27 and clause 31 (1) (b), is hereby assigned and transferred from the President of the Treasury Board to the Minister of Labour;

Further, Order in Council O.C. 218/2015 dated February 18, 2015 and published in the Ontario Gazette on March 7, 2015, as amended, and Order in Council O.C. 1695/2003 dated November 19, 2003 and published in the Ontario Gazette on January 10, 2004, as amended, are hereby further amended and shall be interpreted accordingly.
