Order in Council 422/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C.436/2000, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Niagara North as Instrument Number LT0223481, portions of the King’s Highway QEW in the City of St. Catharines as shown on Schedule ‘A’ attached to Order-in-Council O.C.436/2000 were transferred to the Regional Municipality of Niagara pursuant to subsection 29 (4) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990 P.50, as amended,

And whereas the said Schedule ‘A’ did not describe, in detail, the limits of the lands thus transferred;

Now therefore, pursuant to section 49 and subsection 54(1) of the Legislation Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, c.21, Schedule F, Order in Council O.C.436/2000 is hereby amended by revoking the said Schedule "A" and replacing it with Schedule "A" attached herein.
