Order in Council 423/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. The portion of highway in the Geographic Township of McTavish, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-2581-120, filed with the Record Service Unit, Northwest Region, Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 13th day of September 2022, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended;
2. the designation as controlled-access highway by order in council O.C. 3231/84 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Instrument No. 199976-P & MISC. 359, and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Instrument No. 262063-P (P-2581-57) be amended so as to cease to apply to that portion of highway shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-2581- 120 filed as described above;
3. the designation as controlled-access highway by order in council O.C. 3232/84 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Instrument No. 199972-P & MISC. 358, and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Thunder Bay as Instrument No. 262062-P (P-2581-58) be amended so as to cease to apply to that portion of highway shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-2581- 120 filed as described above; and
4. the designation as controlled-access highway by order in council O.C. 883/2003 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Thunder Bay as Instrument No. 432788, and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Instrument No. F0119336 (P-2581-60) be amended so as to cease to apply to that portion of highway shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-2581- 120 filed as described above.
