Order in Council 425/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. The portion of highway in the Township of Levack, City of Greater Sudbury, District of Sudbury, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being part of Lot 9, Concession 1, shown as Part 2 on Reference Plan 53R-21575 (MTO Plan P-3290-9) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Sudbury be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 50 as amended; and
2. The designation as secondary highway by Order in Council O.C. 1096/56, shown on Ministry of Transportation Plan A-51-53 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Sudbury as Instrument LT131012 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Sudbury as Instrument R0308, be amended so as to cease to apply to the portion of highway shown as Part 2 on Reference Plan 53R-21575 deposited as described above.
