Order in Council 426/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. The portion of highway in the Township of Clute, District of Cochrane, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Reference Plan 6R-9286 (MTO Plan P-8029-5) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Cochrane be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 50 as amended; and
2. The designation as secondary highway by Order in Council O.C. 2457/70 shown on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-8029-4 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Cochrane as Instrument 183007, be amended so as to cease to apply to the portion of highway shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Reference Plan 6R-9287 deposited as described above.
